At T&T International Foods, we pride ourselves to be the first company to manufacture instant noodles in Mauritius and to be the leading company in the industry. We strive to meet the specific needs of different types of clientele. Today, noodles are well rooted in the eating habits of Mauritians, and we continue to educate our customers to benefit from this versatile, quick-to-cook, affordable product through recipe booklets, road shows, and social media.


T&T International Foods was established in 1980 by Mr Kimay Gerard Tin Fook. We started off with the production of instant noodles and continued on to expand our products to short cut pastas. Our noodles and pasta are sold on the local market and are exported to neighbouring Indian Ocean countries, to several Eastern and Southern African countries, as well as to France, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Our Products

Our flagship product, Apollo instant noodles, is a household name in Mauritius and its leading position has been acquired thanks to ongoing R&D, and to sustained growth. We also produce dried noodles Apollo Wok, Mona and Maya, short cut pasta (macaronis) Panda and Primas for the local market. Two other brands Yummy instant noodles and Roni pasta are sold to different customer segments exclusively for our export market.


T&T International Foods has been certified ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP by the Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS Mauritius) and accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS).
