Noodle with fish balls and watercress

* For four persons


  • 3 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
  • 100g fish balls
  • 1 bunch of watercress


  • Cook the noodles in 2 litres of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Add the fish balls in 500 ml of water and cook for 5 minutes, and then put the watercress leaves and the contents of the seasoning sachet.
  • Add the noodles to the soup and serve immediately.
  • Adjust salt to taste if necessary.
