* For four persons
- 3 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
- 100g fish balls
- 1 bunch of watercress
- Cook the noodles in 2 litres of boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Add the fish balls in 500 ml of water and cook for 5 minutes, and then put the watercress leaves and the contents of the seasoning sachet.
- Add the noodles to the soup and serve immediately.
- Adjust salt to taste if necessary.
