Ingredients
- 4 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
- 3 tbs spring onion, finely chopped
- 4 portions of tomato chutney
Preparation
- Cook the noodles Apollo in 2 litres of boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Place the noodles in 4 plates and add 4 tbsp of broth and mix the contents of the seasoning sachet.
- Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
- Serve with tomato chutney.
- You can add to the noodles sesame oil to enhance the flavor.
