Noodles with tomato chutney

* For four persons


  • 4 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
  • 3 tbs spring onion, finely chopped
  • 4 portions of tomato chutney


  • Cook the noodles Apollo in 2 litres of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Place the noodles in 4 plates and add 4 tbsp of broth and mix the contents of the seasoning sachet.
  • Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
  • Serve with tomato chutney.
  • You can add to the noodles sesame oil to enhance the flavor.
