Noodles with caramel

*For four persons


  • 4 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
  • 3 tbsp caramel
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped


  • Cook the noodles in 2 litres of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain and drizzle with caramel afterwards.
  • Add the contents of the seasoning sachet and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with spring onion and coriander.
  • Serve the noodles with tomato chutney or tomato salad.
