Apollo Pudding

* For four persons


  • 1 pack Apollo noodles
  • 250ml milk
  • 50ml fresh cream
  • 1 egg
  • Vanilla essence
  • Sugar (to taste)


  • Boil Apollo noodles for 5 minutes. Drain.
  • Add milk to noodles and cook on low heat for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. The noodles must absorb the milk.
  • Add the cream and the vanilla essence. Remove the pudding from the heat and add a beaten egg and the sugar, mix vigorously.
  • Pour the pudding into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with coconut or almond.
