Ingredients
- 1 pack Apollo noodles
- 250ml milk
- 50ml fresh cream
- 1 egg
- Vanilla essence
- Sugar (to taste)
Preparation
- Boil Apollo noodles for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Add milk to noodles and cook on low heat for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. The noodles must absorb the milk.
- Add the cream and the vanilla essence. Remove the pudding from the heat and add a beaten egg and the sugar, mix vigorously.
- Pour the pudding into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with coconut or almond.
