Stir fried noodles with vegetables

* For four persons


  • 4 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 75g carrot, grated or cut in juliennes
  • 75g cabbages, finely sliced
  • 75g Bok Choy leaves, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • Salt


  • Cook the noodles in 2 litres of boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs and add salt.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and cook the omelette about 1 minute on each side.
  • In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and cook the vegetables for 3 minutes while stirring frequently. Add the noodles and the contents of the seasoning sachet, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and sliced omelette.
