Ingredients
- 4 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 75g carrot, grated or cut in juliennes
- 75g cabbages, finely sliced
- 75g Bok Choy leaves, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp spring onion, chopped
- Salt
Preparation
- Cook the noodles in 2 litres of boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and add salt.
- Heat some oil in a pan and cook the omelette about 1 minute on each side.
- In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and cook the vegetables for 3 minutes while stirring frequently. Add the noodles and the contents of the seasoning sachet, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped spring onion and sliced omelette.
