* For four persons


  • 3 packs Apollo noodles (any flavor)
  • 600ml yellow split peas soup (no salt)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped


  • Break the noodles and cook them in 1.5 litres of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • Drain and keep aside.
  • Add the contents of the seasoning sachet and the noodles in the yellow split peas soup.
  • Put the noodles in 4 bowls, sprinkle with coriander and add salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
